Cookin’ with Coop: Fall in a Cup!
Just in time for the harvest season, Nicole brings you her recipe for Fall Apple Cider Punch, or as she likes to call it, “fall in a cup!”
Ingredients
One half gallon of fresh pressed apple cider
One juice orange, sliced
Cloves (to taste)
Cinnamon sticks (to taste)
Vodka or spiced rum (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring punch to a low boil then reduce to a low simmer. When ready to serve to guests, ladle punch into your mugs of choice. Garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks. Add alcohol to taste. Serves 4.
Note: If you don’t have cloves or cinnamon sticks in your pantry, you can substitute with pumpkin pie spice to taste. Enjoy!
